IT Support - Karma Resorts is currently searching for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to be part of our team.


 



 Requirements:

1. Possess minimum a Bachelor Degree majoring in Computer Science
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in IT Field within hotel operations
3. Has training capabilities for troubleshooting and support regarding IT related matters, in order to ensure the transfer of IT knowledge to all users.
4. Good customer support skills
5. Fluent in English.
6. Good knowledge in LAN, Security, wireless, IP Telephony (PABX), and hospitality solutions and software.
7. System and database administration
8. Good analytical abilities.
