Job Vacancy as Concierge at Karma Kandara - Unggasan - Bali

Karma Kandara is currently searching for an experienced CONCIERGE to be part of our team.
Based in Ungasan - Bali, the Concierge will  provide immediate, personalized and high quality of service for all guests when they stay in the resort; professionally interact with them to get feedback by doing regular visit to the outlets and conducting personalized calls during the guests’ stay. To assist the company/Sales department in promoting/ selling villas to achieve company’s program

Key Responsibilities :

·         To greet guests at the desk and do check in/registration in the absence of the GSA and escort them to the villa and to provide proper rooming/room orientation.
·         To ensure arrival villas are inspected prior to guests check-in to ensure they are clean, properly equipped and in a high standard of maintenance.
·         To check guests’ feedback about their villa they are staying, in making sure we provide service as they expect/request and to provide an extra personal touch that we can show to them that we care.
·         To implement and maintain guest recognition program.
·         To handle guests’ complaints, inquiries, and comments. Log them in the system and initiate appropriate actions and follow ups.
·         To conduct hotel site inspections for buyers or potential or walk in guests
·         To maintain up-to-date files and information on tours, sightseeing and points of general interest and make the necessary bookings when requested by guests.
·         To upsell all villas, spa and others facilities to gain revenue for the hotel
·        To entertain guests at the outlets on daily basis and get as much as possible feedback from them
·        To follow up issues, if any, to the respective department directly or Supervisor/Manager on duty and to ensure the issues are handled in a professional way and to the level of guest satisfaction
·        To provide all guest letters required by the hotel on timely manner
·        To carry out administrative assistance required by the guests or hotel and to be done on timely manner
·        Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language

General Requirements :
·         Possess at least a Bachelor in Tourism Management or equivalent.
·        Previous Hotel experience in a 4/5 star hotel environment at least 2 years, in the role of Concierge/ Guest Relations. Have worked overseas is advantage.
·        Speak other foreign languages than English is an advantage
·        Possess strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication
·        Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
·        Guest service oriented; demonstrate an excellent customer service skills.
·        Has a professional demeanor
·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office application. Knowledge of Fidelio/Opera
·        Able to work under pressure. Work at maximum of time or flexible time during business needs
·        Pleasant physical appearance strong stamina
·        Able to drive a car and posses a valid driving license is advantage.
