Project Manager
- Male, max 50 years old
- Min S1 majoring civil engineering/ management/ architect
- 5 years working experience in Hospitality
- Mastered the concept of regional development planning
- Able to organize & coordinate the Contractor / Subcontractors & all personnel involved in project implementation
- Master knowledge of project management, cost analysis, production planning, scheduling & project management skills
- Master of Project Development for the construction of the Property / Housing, from the beginning of Legality, Licensing Land, Planning & Control Engineering Construction Project Progress
- Have the ability to analyze images of construction
- Monitor and maintain the project time schedule
- Capable of handling consumer complaints resolution
Admin Development
- Male/Female with maximum age of 35
- Diploma or Bachelor degree from civil/design/architec university
- At least 2 years experience in project administration
- Proficiency in written & verbal English is preferred
- Computer Literate and designing product.
- Good communication / excellent negotiation and multi-tasking skills.
